Lord Matt Appeal

Long time supporter and reader of Abandon All Fear, Lord Matt reports his local council's zealousness over council tax collection. Despite being subject to council tax benefit (which is under review) they haven't given him any time to respond to a demand for payment before sending him a court summons. It smells like an abuse of process but Alex Fear is limited to his experience with parking enforcement and speeding. post a commentHi, just to update you - eventually I ran out of energy to fight them and gave in. I'm about half way through paying them off but I'm feeling quite bitter about it. It is, however, nice to not be fighting any more.
